Baby Expo

Workshops, starting from 10am will include ante-natal yoga, infant massage, nutrition, dental health, music, post natal exercise and first aid. There will also be activities for children with parents together with organisations and businesses on site to discuss services and products that are available in the local area.

The Baby Expo is being held by Central Coast Community Women's Health Centre and the Benevolent Society and is a project of Southern Lakes Communities for Children.
