Post Natal Yoga Fundraiser for CF

Bella Rose Yoga is having a fundraising yoga morning for Team Ruby at the CWA Hall in Woy Woy.
Post Natal class from 11.00 am. Bubs comes too!
Free cafe in the kitchen so come early and have a cuppa and a chat.

Classes cost $18 or $15 if you have a pass.
All proceeds will go to Cystic Fibrosis NSW and Westmead Children's hospital so bring your purse and feel generous!
